28 for 28 - 6/28
The Usual Suspects:
* Cream blouse
* Tutu Skirt
* Studded Flats
The Accomplice:
* Gold Owl Locket
This skirt is HUGE. I was pulling it up all day, and I ordered my regular size, to suffice to say that if you're thinking of ordering it, you should probably size down.
Also, I heard a lot about these flats, and how the elastic in the back is really tight and annoying. I thought that was an exaggeration until about 2 hours of wear, when I realized I wanted to yank them off and throw them somewhere. So yeah. These are going to need to be cut or something.
Aesthetically, at least, I like my little ballerina outfit though. LOL

30 For 30 - 6/30
I liked this photo better, but as you can see, it's really blurry |
This is technically a better photo, except for the cutting myself in half thing. |
* Gray Shrug
* Gray Ruffle Tank
* Black Cropped Pants
* Black Die-Cut Heels
The Accomplice:
*One of my many owl necklaces. I named the owl on this one Pepe.
I didn't realize until today how many gray things I own/included in the 30 For 30. I'm glad to be embracing a neutral other than black. On that topic, I wish I had included a black cardigan in this mix, but on the other hand, I'm glad I didn't because I rely A LOT on cardigans and I feel like the lack of "cardigan option" is pushing me to embrace the other outerwear options in my closet.

30 For 30 - 3/30
the camera cut part of my head off my favorite photo, so I finished the job! |
The Usual Suspects:
* Black Blazer
* Striped Blouse
* Black Trousers
* Black Die-Cut Heels (4.5 inches! It's a miracle my flip-flop-wearing behind didn't break an ankle! LOL Not even CLOSE! :pats self on back:)
The Accomplices:
* Pink Pin, came with the blouse
* Owl Double Ring, Torrid, $8 on sale
Also, check out the cute detail at the bottom of the shoes! It's a little dirty after walking around in them all day, but each sole has a paisley design engraved in and a little metal doll badge attached (they're Dollhouse brand, isn't that adorable?)
I also decided that to replace item #16 on the list, I'll just substitute another pair of cropped jeans...they're not cuffed like the first ones are, but they're the same wash and the same length, so I figure it's not SUCH a digression...

30 For 30 - 1/30
Please excuse my demonic red eyes and the dirty-ass floor... |
The Usual Suspects:
* Khaki Trench
* Blue Khaki Pants
* Dark Gray Boatneck Top
* Black Ballet Flats
The Accomplice:
* "Gold" Owl Necklace
I just realized, now that I'm itemizing what I wore, that I was in head to toe Old Navy today...literally! It's just like high school! LOL
I actually went and made a spreadsheet like Kendi suggested (lol, I love lists!) but I'm leaving it open for the most part because I want to be able to mix it up and change my mind...I'm realizing that the hard part of this isn't remixing, as 30 items are more than enough...it's coming up with remixes that aren't BORING!
Also: Three new tops and a dress came in today, and I'm expecting 3 pairs of boots this week. ACK! I wish I had accounted for them in the 30 items, I knew they were coming! Now I have to wait a month to wear them all out, boo! (See? I'm already extra-appreciating my closet! After just one day! LOL)
