Torrid FINALLY opening in Miami!!!!
I am SO beyond excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a dream come true for my 16 year old self! (sidenote: I can't believe I've been shopping Torrid online for almost 10 years!)
I'd love to work here if it weren't so far for a daily commute (I'm in Westchester, for all you locals, and this is downtown...) but I am THRILLED to finally be able to GO to Torrid and try things on, shop in person, eeeeeeeeek!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to sell these 2 dresses:
This dress originally retailed for $122. I have it in size 26/28 NWT. It is no longer available online. I'm asking for $100 shipped OBO.
This dress originally retailed for $199. I have it NWT in SZ 2, which translates to 2X/18-20, though at a 24 it fit me perfectly. It is no longer available online. I'm asking $125 shipped OBO.
I'm going to end up posting these on ebay, probably with reserve since I need the extra cash for the Baboosh's arrival ;) but I wanted to give my readers a crack at it first. I'm willing to be somewhat flexible, because I do need the money, just please don't super low-ball me! :)

HAES and Pregnancy
Yesterday, there was an article in the local paper about how certain OB/GYNs are turning women past a certain weight/BMI away for treatment because they felt that just their weight was enough to deem them "too high risk for their practice". I wrote a blog post about my feelings towards the article in my personal blog here.
Well, about an hour after I finished that blog post, NBC 6 was in my office, interviewing me for what turned out to be their top story at 11. Surreal, much? I wrote about the experience here.
